I do love Christmas....I love the decorating of the house, putting lights up outside, baking christmas cookies, getting together over the holidays with family & friends, and of course all the wonderful food.  Christmas for me is all about memories - looking back at Christmases in the past and then making new memories on the 25th again. 

One of the most delightful memories of Christmas has to be all the sweets.....from popcorn balls to peanut butter filled santas to big chocolate molded christmas figures....from making homemade gingerbread houses & decorating sugar cookies to waiting while the pizzellis came hot of the pizzelli maker.....from waiting around in the kitchen until the fruitcake was out of the oven & snitching right then to realizing that if you wrap it up & leave it in the fridge for the few days the flavors really come together & the taste is even more amazing.....

For sweets this year, I wanted to make those treats that really do bring back memories - and decided to make fruitcake, cream cheese swirled brownies, and peanut butter bon bons.....all of these yummy treats have been divided up & tucked into these delightful boxes I found.......I tied the box simply with a gold ribbon and included a description of the treats....
